Online Return Policy

Baby's Beautiful Co. is a small Mama owned store that strives to provide you with the safest & highest quality merchandise for your beautiful Baby.  If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date received.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.  Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached.

A small restocking fee may apply to cover costs and fees incurred by Baby's Beautiful Co. e-commerce platform provider & payment facilitators (2%-5%).

Upon receipt of your approved return, Baby's Beautiful will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

*Custom-made and/or custom designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.*

For custom made clothing items, please ensure your measurements are provided exactly as per the information requested - providing incorrect measurements cannot be corrected for after the product has been made and received, nor can refunds be offered in this situation.

Hygienic items are not eligible for return due to safety regulations.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.

In-Store Exchange Policy

We gladly accept merchandise purchased in store for exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.
